A Balanced Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Experience (Offline | 7-Day Training) Note: Timings and sessions may vary slightly.
Morning (7:00–9:00 AM)
Pranayama & Meditation (30 min) Start your day with breathwork.
Yin Yoga Practice (1.5 hrs) – Gentle, grounding movement to awaken the body.
Mid-Morning (9:00–9:45 AM)
Breakfast – Nourishing and energizing meal.
Late Morning (9:45–12:00 PM)
