A Balanced Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Experience (Offline | 7-Day Training) Note: Timings and sessions may vary slightly.
Morning (7:00–9:00 AM)
Pranayama & Meditation (30 min) Start your day with breathwork.
Yin Yoga Practice (1.5 hrs) – Gentle, grounding movement to awaken the body.
Mid-Morning (9:00–9:45 AM)
Breakfast: Enjoy a light, nourishing meal to energize you for the upcoming sessions.
Late Morning (9:45–12:00 PM)
Theory Session: Participate in an engaging lecture or discussion on topics such as Yin Yoga philosophy, anatomy, or sound healing principles.
Lunch Break (12:00–2:00 PM)
Lunch & Rest: Relax during a joyful two-hour break—this is your time to eat a delicious meal, unwind, and recharge your energy.
Afternoon (2:00–3:30 PM)
Practical Session: Experience hands-on learning. You might work on sequencing, exploring postural variations, or refining your alignment—all designed to bring theory into practice.
Late Afternoon (3:30–4:15 PM)

Sound Healing / Self-Practice Session: End your structured learning with a focused session dedicated either to sound healing—exploring its theory and techniques—or to self-practice, allowing you to deepen your personal integration of the day’s learning.

Dinner & Relaxation: As the day winds down, savor a nourishing meal in a peaceful setting. Enjoy this time to connect with fellow participants, reflect on your experiences, and embrace a moment of relaxation before the evening unfolds.
A typical day includes mindful mornings with Pranayama, Meditation, and Yin Yoga, followed by engaging theory sessions and practical, hands-on afternoons. Evenings are reserved for Sound Healing or self-practice. Each day is thoughtfully structured to nurture both mind and body, with slight variations to support the learning journey.
